The first Be Legal Ops workshop is all about going back to basics and sharing best practices, challenges and experiences around building a Legal Operations strategy in an organisation.

Think about key characteristics of a legal ops professional, strategic impact areas (processes, vendor management, legal tech, knowledge management, etc), position within an organisation, the profession in Belgium and Europe in general, etc. This workshop is meant to cover the broader Legal Operations landscape, whereas the following workshop will be more targeted.
